Guidebook on setting up and Operating Framework Agreements

The World Bank has recently published a Guidebook on setting up and operating Framework Agreements, which includes country case studies from UK, USA, Chile, Brazil, Italy, Ethiopia, and India. This is meant for procurement policymakers as well as practitioners; and aims to increase the use of Framework Agreements, which are extremely useful in tackling emergencies and pandemics (in addition to normal situations).
